Who is member 14?

There appears to be a new member joining the organization, member number 14…

As shown in one of the latest official scans their appears to be a 14th member joining the organization in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days for the Nintendo DS. Not much is known yet about this member other then her number (14) and that she is female.
